My Review of Jaffarian Toyota:
Very friendly experience. No presure. Ended up with the car I wanted, never was asked to make a second choice. Took a little time but I was advised of the time I would have to wait for my car to come in. It's nice to come away NOT wondering if you could have done better. Would go back again.

My Review of Jaffarian Toyota:
I brought my RAV4 in for service. The tech "forgot" to tighten a bolt on the timing gear, and 500 yards down the road, the car made a loud "bang" noise and died in the middle of the street.
After 2 attempts to "fix my engine" that was damaged due to the bolt not being secure, the check engine light kept coming back on. Their final assessment was that now I needed a new computer.
Another dealership diagnosed the problem and determined that Jaffarian did not do the engine repair properly and that my car was not to be driven. They determined I needed a new engine.
The end result is that they gave me a decent price on a new RAV4, but not without much aggrevation and getting my attorney involved.
Even the delivery of the new vehicle was not smooth and they never installed a front bracket for my front plate.
The only reason I purchased a vehicle from them, was because I felt I HAD to buy from them, because they owed me something in return for ruining my original RAV4.

My Review of Jaffarian Toyota:
My wife and I visited over 15 dealerships and none came close to being as BAD as this place! They tried to sell us a used, no frills 2008 Toyota Prius with a busted in, rusted door for 24,000 USD when the new 2010 range start at 22,000 USD (they told us they start at 30,000USD). Horrible, sleazy, lying scum bags! Do yourself a favour and skip this place! Not sincere, not honest! What are they thinking?

My Review of Jaffarian Toyota:
I bought a new minivan and was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. After being told it was in than I was told it was never there however they could not tell me why I was told multiple times that it was there. I was than informed that it would be in within two weeks and they would "comp" me for the hassle. After a month went by and I still did not have my van. Both the sales manager (John Russo) and store owner (Gary Jaffarian) avoided my calls and would not inform us when the van would be in during this period. Finally I received my deposit back after my husband threaten to sue the company for not providing the van. This has been a horrible experience and I can not believe that this behavior was from the management. I will never shop there or bring my car in for service there.

Gary Jaffarian is a real ahole swearing all the time in the showroom at his employees and the customers what a way to do business real great.I went to Ernie Bochs the gave me the deal and price i was looking for and Ernie himself thank me for the sale and gave me his personal email if i have and problems very professional and nice they couldn't do enough for me maybe Gary should go down there to Ernie Bochs to learn how to run a dealership!!!!!

I actually bought a new car from them, I wish I did not. It was a new car and when I singed the contract it said it had about 5 miles. When I got the car it had almost 300 miles, which is still a new car, but I was upset because they lied to me. I want it to break the deal but they gave a discount of $500. Besides that when they gave me the car keys the could not find the valet key, they had no idea were it went, I just told them to forget about it, I took the car without the valet key. There were other little things that made these buy the worse ever. I told a friend about it and she told me her experience buying a car there was even worse.
I would never buy or recommend Jaffarian Toyota

While waiting for information on a new vehicle a large man in a suit was using quite a deal of profanity in front of myself, my wife and my children. The most disturbing to me was that when I asked who he was I was told "the owner". I would never buy a vehicle from such an unprofessional dealership. All the salesperson could do was apologize.

I recently purchased a preowned Toyota from Jaffarian Toyota in Haverhill, (north of Boston and near Andover, Lawrence, 495). From the first time I spoke with them, to the moment I took delivery, they went out of their way to help with the process. John the Sales Manager was extremely helpful and courteous. The office staff expidited paperwork late on a Friday afternoon so that I could take my newly purchased Toyota Camry LE home. Service took care of a couple of outstanding minor items very efficiently and detailed the car for delivery. Two different sales people helped get my car ready, put on the plates and had it ready for me to drive home saving me the extra 56 mile trip! I would highly recommend Jaffarian Toyota for your next car purchase or service stop.

I wish I could say something nice about this place. I tried, I went there 3 times and all 3 times I was lied to. One of the biggest problems I see is that every time you walk in there, there is a whole new staff. I have never seen such turn over. Two of the 3 times that I went in there that Crazy owner Gary was yelling in the show room. One of the other customers even asked him to stop swearing in the show room and he yelled at her and said he was not swearing. Then once he told her he was sorry for swearing he then yelled at the manager saying that they make him act like an ^%#hole. All I can say is they have a great building but its empty inside.

My Review of Jaffarian Toyota:
After selling my car that was paid off, I was told by the Toyota ext. warranty dept that a check would be cut by Jaffarian. I visted the bus manager (Steve Wirtz) three weeks ago and he told me to wait for the final payoff note and then a check would be cut. The payoff letter arrived and I once again visited Steve and now the story cahnges to expect the check 4-6 weeks. This is unreal!. I had the manager speak to Gary Jaffarian nad they told me the same line. I then called the Toyota corp office and was told that most dealerships will cut the check on the spot but some can make you wait as long as 30 days. Word to the wise...get everything in writing form these people because the story changes constantly. And the Red phone..A BIG JOKE!. As I left the business office Steve tossed his business card at me and wouldnt even make eye contact or shake my hand. Boy Jaffarian do you forget your customers 12 months after the sale?. The worst customer service I have ever had with a dealer. Dont be in my shoes, shop where they are honest. The entire check due to be is less then $1800. and they wull keep it in their bank for another 4 weeks. Thanks Gary Jaffarina for NOT resolving this issue. -Never a Jaffarian Customer again-
