The Jaffarian family has been part of the Merrimack Valley community for generations with our grandparents starting a 'filling' station over 75 years ago in Haverhill. Years later, we are still family-owned with both 3rd and 4th generations actively involved in the day to day operations at Jaffarian Volvo. As you know, while we always have good intentions we don't have a crystal ball so we cannot predict the future. But my feeling is that anyone that opts for additional coverages will probably send us a 'Thank You' Card in a few years; and the message will be 'Thank You for getting me the best pre-owned car ever, it was perfect and I never used the additional coverage' or 'Thank You for showing me the value in the additional coverage as it paid for itself and protected me against unexpected expenses'.
