I set up the appointment by phone and they were ready for me when I arrived. Booking in was very smooth, as always and the personal service is really unmatched any where else, like meeting old friends. These are awesome folk. While I was there they took care of another customer with exactly the same care and attention explaining what was found and how the repairs could be done. More

Excellent Service I called due to a nail in my tire and was able to go right up to the service. Recall Service Items We recently received a recall notice for our new 2017 Volvo XC90. I went on line to see that a second recall notice was also in the works. I called Jaffarian to schedule the handling of both recalls noticed. I was extremely pleased how easy and quick it was to get a convenient appointment. On the day of the appointment i arrived a few minutes early and again was delighted how easy and quick my car was taken in for service and the work completed. The waiting area was clean, well stocked with great snacks and so the 45 minutes we waited went very quickly. I can tell that they all did care in how the service was made user friendly and very professionally. Thanks for making my service appointment so pleasant. More
