This is the second jaguar XF I have brought from Haron Jaguar in Fresno, my first one 2022 jaguar XF was totaled in a accident. David was the sales person that help me the first time and the one I reached Jaguar in Fresno, my first one 2022 jaguar XF was totaled in a accident. David was the sales person that help me the first time and the one I reached out to to order my 2024 Jaguar XF due the great service I received. David worked with my wife and I to get the best deal possible. Even after I brought the first XF he stayed in touch and answer all my questions and if did not know he would find out. The rest of the staff were also helpful in the process of buying my jaguar XF's . More

The people were there to help - they wanted to help me problem solve a maintenance / service issue with my Volvo- and they weren’t opposed to thinking out of the box. One service pro named Gianfranco work problem solve a maintenance / service issue with my Volvo- and they weren’t opposed to thinking out of the box. One service pro named Gianfranco worked patiently with me and let me speak with the mechanic who explained exactly what he tried - then he wrote up what I could do. Gio also had a colleague (forget his name) who helped me find a used part online - which he evaluated with the help of a mechanic so I could order it when the manufacturer reported that the part was unavailable…. The fix I sought is still a work in progress but so far - so good. What a relief to meet people who care. Additionally - I LOVE their showroom and waiting spaces. Beautiful! All they really need now is a climbing wall ;) More
