Jeff was fantastic. We were looking at used Range Rover Sports to buy or a new Sport to lease and Jeff helped take us in the direction of buying new. We came into the dealer and we were greeted immdiately. We had a very nice, helpful salesman, Jing. The choices we had exceded my expectations. He was very personable, very helpful and sincerely wanted to help us get the right car. He was easy to negotiate with and made us feel taken care of. A few days after we made our purchase, we had a small problem with the car, and Dave took care of us again. He was great about calling us, answering questions. When I took the car into the service department, Tim was also very nice. And Dave came and gave me a hug, and he took care of everything. The overall experience was great. The process, although cumbersome due to Bank issues, was made easy and less painful by the team at Land Rover Hinsdale. I was looking for a 2013 Range Rover Sport at 4 different dealerships. This dealership impressed me the most. I found the R/R I was interested online and asked for someone to contact me regarding this partic dealerships. This dealership impressed me the most.
