I bought a Volvo because the Buick dealer kept brushing off any comment I made about necessary service to the Buick. I had another mechanic fix a taillight - it took over an hour; the Volvo dealership completed similar work within 15 minutes. The staff recognize me (and the car) as a person, not just as a number. I would not take my car elsewhere. More

While there they performed our routine maintenance and found several issues which were fixed. On the way home, the engine light came on again and we called service when we arrived. They sent a driver the next day and left a loaner car. It was an intermittent oxygen sensor and it was fixed the next day. They delivered our car and it has work fine since. They couldn't have been nicer and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend them. More
