Radio/ CD problem Two weeks ago I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. As I was driving it home, I discovered that he radio and CD cut out repeatedly. I called the dealer to tell him of the issue, but told him I would give it a day or two to see if the problem would continue, which it did. Two days later I called again ad was informed that he problem was mine and that I needed to fix it at my expense. Doesn't seem right! More

Great customer service! I recently bought a Jaguar F type through Bud Hawkins at Crown Jaguar. The experience was easy, straight forward and pleasant. I found the car online I recently bought a Jaguar F type through Bud Hawkins at Crown Jaguar. The experience was easy, straight forward and pleasant. I found the car online and it matched my requirements exactly. Unfortunately I am not in the same city and had to rely on the online description and photos of the car to make a decision. The car ended up being exactly as advertised. Bud responded to all my emails quickly and was able to provide more details, options and advice. When I make the decision to purchase the car Bud coordinated with my schedule and drove the car to me. He spent several hours going over all the aspects of the car, set up all the personalization options, and even called my insurance agent to facilitate the transfer of my insurance policy. Then he used Uber to return to his dealership. That’s quality customer service. I love the car and highly recommend Bud and his company. More
