I had electrical issues with my 2019 Range Rover (did not purchase at Land Rover Tulsa,) it was at the dealership for two months, but I got a loaner, so I was grateful. When I got my car back it had 600 more miles and 5-6 dents and scratches. Side panel glass was broken. Truly insane. There was no communication that my car was beat to xxxx. I am so thankful I didn't pull off the lot and that I walked around the car to double check for any dents. Thankfully Corey went above and beyond for me and got everything fixed for me BUT I got no explanation for what happened to my car. It almost seems like someone was driving my car for the last week or two it was there because the mileage and every side of my car had dents and scratches. Again, Corey was amazing. More

Before reaching out, I had called multiple Land Rover dealerships across the country, and every single one of them tried to add extras I didn’t ask for — GPS, protection packages, warranties, you name it. From the start, Danny Diaz was amazing to work with. He gave me a quote with zero unnecessary add-ons — completely transparent and upfront. Once we agreed to move forward, I expected the finance office to try and slip in extras, but Jack Pritchard, the finance manager, was just as honest. In fact, he went above and beyond by lowering the price by an additional $750 to close the deal that same day. This is, without a doubt, the most honest and straightforward dealership I’ve ever worked with. No games, no pressure, just genuine customer service.
