Land Rover Tulsa was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I stopped in to see John Chapel and Caiden Duran saw me in the parking lot and told me that they were in a meeting. John contacted me soon after and a couple of days later my wife was in a new to her vehicle. John was excellent to work with, answered every question we had and could not of been nicer, no pressure, making sure we were pleased, and understood everything. In completing the transaction we worked with Daniel Honnold who was also great to work with and was very clear on everything as well. We have been bringing her vehicles in to the dealership for service for several years. The service department as a whole, especially John and Corey have ALWAYS taken great care of us. The Tulsa Land Rover dealership checks all of the boxes for us. A well run dealership with great people that we would highly recommend. More

I have been dealing with Land Rover Tulsa since 1998. Hard to believe it’s almost 28 years. In that time., I have always had positive outstanding experiences with both the sales department and service. Hard to believe it’s almost 28 years. In particular, the service department has always gone out of its way to explain things and make the process easy. John Arbuckle is the best service advisor. I have had in those 28 years. He absolutely goes out of his way to make customers feel at ease, and consistently delivers a superior customer service experience. He is a credit to Land Rover, USA and to the dealership. Frankly, with his customer service skills and work ethic if he were in my line of business, I would try to hire him. It’s really obvious he takes a lot of pride in what he does. In today’s environment, staff members like that are as rare as diamonds. I also have a very high opinion of Kevin and the technicians in the shop. They’ve come out to explain things to me and they even answered questions for me when I owned my D 90 defenders. Land Rover Tulsa should be a model for the rest of the dealerships in the country. We decided a few days before traveling to Tulsa that we wanted another Range Rover, we called the dealer and we got connected with Rafael. In a few days we decided to travel to Tulsa (we live in Bentonvill wanted another Range Rover, we called the dealer and we got connected with Rafael. In a few days we decided to travel to Tulsa (we live in Bentonville, Arkansas) and in less than two hours we decided to buy the car. We traveled back home, did all the “paperwork” online and got the car delivered on Tuesday. Super easy process and we are very happy with the new addition! We have two Porsche’s but owned a Range Rover before, Rafael was great to highlight the differences and we loved how this one drives! Thanks guys! More
