They ‘get it’ in terms of keeping buyers informed and following through on the misc. items and back-office paperwork. If you are buying from Rosenthal seek these two out. Or if you are looking to buy a Jaguar or Landrover, they can probably find and get the car you for even ifnot on their lot. I had some strong reservations about paint issues on the hood of the vehicle and Andy assured me that if purchased the paint issues would be resolved. In fact, Andy made a promise. The car I wanted was a brand new Jag XJL supercharged in dark sapphire metallic with London Tan interior. Unfortunately the car was not in the dealer current inventory, so to get a feel for the color we toured the storage lot to look at other Jags with the same color and I got comfortable and confirmed my color choice. So we put in the order in the ordering system, made a token credit card deposit. In the computer print outs the color listed in the Jag inventory system lists the color as Loire Blue and not as dark sapphire metallic. I was concerned but Andy has good product knowledge and convinced me that it is the same color, but to make me comfortable we toured the storage lot and looked at the Rangerovers that have the identical color as the color I want but the name in Range Rover is Loire Blue. Four days later my car arrived and it is exactly the same as I wanted. Many thanks to Andy and Rosenthal. Andy also went through with me all the Jag features, I highly recommend him and the dealership. I would also like to thank Colin, the tech expert in setting up the profiles, apps and activating the car SIM card. Also would like to thank Ana Bejarano for resolving the SIM card issue. More

Very Happy At first when I went to the dealership, I was going in for a sensor fix on my 2013 XF. I had already chosen what I would want in my next car and had At first when I went to the dealership, I was going in for a sensor fix on my 2013 XF. I had already chosen what I would want in my next car and had my whole printout of the specifics that I wanted. When I was approached by a salesman, I said that I wanted to test drive what they had for an XE. I saw a couple of them, but was not impressed. They were either not the interior that I wanted or they were scratched up and a bit dirty. The salesman kept pressing me like he wanted me to walk out of there with a car that day. I said no, that I have all the specifications right here printed out and I wanted to order a brand new car with my specifications. He took the packet and wrote up the order. About a week and a half later, another senor on my XF had kept coming on and it ended up being an O2 sensor. They did not charge me for anything, but I went to find the guy that placed the order for me for my new car. I was informed that he had been let go. I was not impressed by him in the first place, so was extremely happy to be placed in the hands of Mr. Andy Moshrefi. He assured me that everything was moving along and he would let me know when my new car had arrived. It was due to arrive on 17 March with a pickup date of 22 March. But, to my excitement, it actually arrived early. I just went up to get it on 4 March and Andy was awesome. He knew everything about the car, showed me all of the settings and things that the car has to make me feel more comfortable when first getting in the car to drive it away. My husband was also with me and he mentioned that Andy was a wonderful representative of the company. He is extremely friendly, well spoken, took total care of us and knew straight out all of the paperwork necessary for this whole process. I highly recommend Andy Moshrefi as a terrific asset. A little bit of awkwardness happened when the original guy (who had been re-hired) recognized me and my husband and asked what we were doing there. Andy handled it very well with telling him to speak to the manager. I totally did not want to deal with the first salesman again at all. Overall, Andy was great, your finance guy, Taylor was great as well. More
