Reason being they decided to do recall work on my brakes, without letting me know as I waited in their lounge. Other customers were updated on the progress of their vehicles but not me. My time was not even considered here! I should've known since I also had a radio stolen while in their shop for service years back. They haven't changed their service still sucks!!! More

LR4 license plate light & other repair- Good service The 2015 LR4 purchased new had a couple small issues - diagnosis 1 day and replacement battery installation another day for eco system replaced & plas The 2015 LR4 purchased new had a couple small issues - diagnosis 1 day and replacement battery installation another day for eco system replaced & plastic cover breaks and falls out for light on license plate - 3x in past year. This light issue is puzzling for what is supposed to be a rugged truck. Breaks I believe from normal closing of the hatch. This isn't on the dealer, but one component designed that should be a bit more beefy, maybe with a metal clip. Nothing major, but each time the service dept has offered to provide a loaner with no questions asked if I wasn't able to wait. The light only change took only 20 mins so stuck around for that. More
10 year loyal customer entirely and completely disappointed 5 months ago I purchased a Range Rover Sport (over $100,000) from the Tom Wood north side Indianapolis Dealership. I have had nothing but problems an 5 months ago I purchased a Range Rover Sport (over $100,000) from the Tom Wood north side Indianapolis Dealership. I have had nothing but problems and the Service Department has stated to me that "there is nothing further than can do". The A/C does not work, the camera system does not work, the Bluetooth is intermittent, the screen flashes on and off and it goes on. To expect a "luxury car" to have functional A/C and possibly a backup camera, apparently from Tom Wood, is to expect too much. I have another 30+ months on my lease (if I can last that long), after which I will never purchase another vehicle from Tom Wood. This is my 4th Land Rover and my 20th+ car purchased from Tom Wood. Never, ever, ever again. More

No attempt to serve the customer This is the only Land Rover dealership in Indy, and they behave that way. They act like they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. We placed an This is the only Land Rover dealership in Indy, and they behave that way. They act like they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. We placed an order for a Range Rover which they screwed up, resulting in a several month delay. No apology given. When we eventually took delivery, the sales person promised to send an email with an app needed to set up certain features on the car. He didn't send it timely, requiring several follow-ups before he sent the email. More
2004 XJ8 Repair of Heating system Tom Wood Jaguar went above and beyond in repairing the heating system on my 2004 XJ8 which I purchased from the Dealership in Sept of 2007. The hea Tom Wood Jaguar went above and beyond in repairing the heating system on my 2004 XJ8 which I purchased from the Dealership in Sept of 2007. The heating system had apparently been damaged in an unreported accident and I failed to bring the problem to the attention of the dealer as I stored the vehicle during the winter and thus was not particularly inconvenienced by the problem. I brought the vehicle in for repair in December of 2016 because I had decided to use the vehicle during the winter months. As it turned out the damage was much more significant than I had appreciated resulting in a very expensive repair. Tom Wood Jaguar assigned Steve Petry to the task and he fully restored the system to original performance. And Tom Wood Jaguar was very accommodating on the associated cost of the repairs. I am more than satisfied with the total experience and will always recommend Tom Wood Jaguar to all of my friends. Steve Baranyk More

I live over an our away fro I'm not sure if they've been bought by ComCast or AT&T -- maybe they just learned customer service from those businesses. I live over an our away from the dealership, so it is not convenient to go there for service, though it is sometimes necessary. Using the "Contact Us" email on their website, I recently emailed the service department to ask about the time required for the needed repair, the availability of alternate transportation, and an estimate of the cost. After more than a week with no response, I called the service department. The girl who took the call couldn't answer any of my questions but was pretty adament that I would need to make two trips -- one for anassessment of the work to be done and one for the actual repair. I asked that she transfer me to someone who could answer my questions, They were all busy, so she took my questions and phone number and promised that someone would call me back in a few minutes. That was four hours ago. Why do I think I won't get any call? Why am I not surprised? More

We brought it back and Wood said it would cost $111 to figure out why it didn't work. Waste of time getting up for an 8:00 apt. in 1º weather. Should have told us all that on the phone before they scheduled it. $111 to figure out why their service on a recall didn't work? Very low class. Not what you expect from a Volvo dealer. Or any dealer. More
