I brought my Evoque in for ita first 10,000 mile service. I also requested to have mud flaps installed on the car. When I brought in the car the service adviser knew what I was there for. I waited for the car, and the servie advisor came in and said everything was done. I asked what the amount owed for the part was, and he admitted that he messed up and the flaps were not installed. He advised they would order them and get them in 2-3 days and they would call me and pick up the car and install them. 3 days later, I received a call that they were in, when I asked the scheduler about picking up the car, she said they couldn't do it for a few weeks. I advised I would call back. Then a few days later the service reminder came on. I called and spoke with Christy the Service Manager and advised the situation. She apologized and scheduled a pick up to have the flaps and service light done. On the day of the supposed pick up an hour passed after the arranged time. I called and spoke with the scheduler, and she said nothing was in the system. I asked to speak with Christy, and was advised she was at lunch. Since then I have not heard from anyone from the service department. I advise to bring your car somewhere else, as they are untrustworthy and in my opinion incompetent.
