I'm not even sure where to start. ...misrepresented trim of my car in the ad, discovered it the weekend after we had purchased on a Thursday night.... sent an email to sales person ask ...misrepresented trim of my car in the ad, discovered it the weekend after we had purchased on a Thursday night.... sent an email to sales person asking for acknowledgement of this disvovery...no response. It was advertised as a premium trim - was in fact base. Also, immediately discovered, was that the car had bad window gaskets/seals, had it into the shop twice right after purchase.... said there was nothing they could do about it the first time, that I had to contact insurance company to get a new windshield because it was attached to that.... not true. Safelight came out and said it's attached to trim, not the window. The second time they had it (within 3 weeks) they were contacting a separate Window Shop to find out how to replace my window gasket/seals that were actually falling out! Went two days actually 3 days without my car total, finally picked it up the second time and was promised quotes on items that needed repaired the next day along with some answers on my windshield and window gaskets. I've never heard from them again.... that was 2 weeks ago today. I'll go back to Genesis/Hyundai next time! Jason the finance guy was however, top notch - great guy! More

There are bonafide reasons why one should only buy high-end, pre-owned vehicles such as Range Rover from an original retail dealership, such as JLR Sarasota, My experience trading in my 2014 Sport fo high-end, pre-owned vehicles such as Range Rover from an original retail dealership, such as JLR Sarasota, My experience trading in my 2014 Sport for my ‘new’ 2019 Full-sized reminded me of all of these. Not only did JLR Sarasota comprehensively inspect my new vehicle and without compromise ready it for delivery to me, they made right any concerns and discoveries I had with the car as part of doing business with them. I would not have gotten this same type of expertise and/or treatment buying used from anyone else (although I did momentarily consider a Range Rover on the local Audi lot, but am glad it did not work out), and looking back over the entire experience can say, without caveat, that I believe I was treated more than fairly by both Sales and Service at JLR Sarasota. Throughout they have done the right thing in favor of a long-term relationship with me, and for that reason they have a loyal customer and advocate in me. More

Typical buying experience at a big dealership. Hidden charges on top of the online advertised price. Not so bad when you know what you're walking into. One of the alarm system alerts got a little wonky after 2 weeks and the service department discouraged us from bringing our SUV back because a Chevy dealer would be better suited to look at it. They didn't seem too concerned that we'd only just bought it 2 weeks prior. This was the first car I'd purchased in 15 years and after spending time in multiple dealerships, the experience here was about what you'd expect from any other. More
