I bought a used 2005 Pacifica in November of 2008. The car was in good condition, low mileage and priced right. Car was prepped properly and ready for delivery when they said it would be. I purchased a Saturn Ion from them a few months ago through Ebay- yes, Ebay. Then we drove 8 hours to pick up a car we bought without ever seeing. The vehicle was exactly as described in the listing, although it did have a clunk in the front end they didn't mention, but as it was used we didn't expect perfect. Anyhow, it was a $100 fix and not a big deal- probably hit too many potholes in NY! Came with a warranty, which was great. We've already put about 15,000 miles on it (we drive a LOT) and it hasn't had any problems. Great car, friendly service, and easy to deal with. Handles all the paperwork for us out of state people and made the transaction easy. Would highly recommend! More
