I would give 0 stars but anyways spent 4 hours waiting they could've just told me I didn't qualify. I would've been fine but i had to come back again which was a almost 2 hour drive. They also ended up selling me a truck with a bad transmission and some type of electrical problem with the miles. Even though they said i could fix it when the warranty papers come in (never got it), I don't think they gave me warranty even though they kept on saying yeah you'll gey it in the mail and still nothing. Brayden the sales person though "i think" was really great but the buying process was terrible. More

They sold my 75 year old Mom and Dad a new escape paperwork has 2 different vins and marked up the interest rate up 2 points and would not let them say no to an extended warranty I told my parents to paperwork has 2 different vins and marked up the interest rate up 2 points and would not let them say no to an extended warranty I told my parents to go back and cancel the extended warranty and the finance manager told them he recorded them say yes to the extended warranty which is absolutely illegal. I have contacted the sales manager twice and both times he has done nothing but lie to me. We have filed a complaint with the used car Comission because they will not make it right. Austin has had time to make it right and will not so we processed. More
