After purchasing a new truck that had been delivered with torque converter issues and some paint flaws, they fixed the torque converter but had the truck 27 says and did not look at the paint. Good customer service, was even offered complimentary breakfast. Went in for just an oil change and it took a little longer than I wanted (over an hour). Oil change at a dealership can be expected to be breakfast. Went in for just an oil change and it took a little longer than I wanted (over an hour). How can you be so proud of your 12pt inspection but yet when a vehicle comes in with the check engine light on you refuse to check it out because we didn’t have an appointment ???? The least you could have when a vehicle comes in with the check engine light on you refuse to check it out because we didn’t have an appointment ???? The least you could have done was put your machine on it to make sure it wasn’t anything serious and then tell us to please make an appointment . But that is not what happened . You told us we came in for an oil change and since we didn’t have an appointment you would not be able to check on the check engine light!😡 More
