My 2017 Ford Explorer XLT had L LED headlight out. I took it to Jannell on 8/11/25. I dealt with David Bray. I was told I needed a new headlight and was quoted $1300 for just the headlight. I chose I took it to Jannell on 8/11/25. I dealt with David Bray. I was told I needed a new headlight and was quoted $1300 for just the headlight. I chose not to have the service done at Jannells and paid the $200 headlight diagnostic fee. I took the car to Sullivan Tire. They ran diagnostics and discovered the headlight was fine. I needed a body control module. After having the BCM installed and programmed the headlight was fine. There can only 3 reasons for the answer given to me about needing a new headlight. 1. Jannell didn't run a diagnostic test before telling me i needed a $1300 headlight. 2 They are incompetent. 3 They flat out lied about needing a new headlight. They charged me for useless incorrect information. More

I scheduled a prepaid service 3+ weeks in advance. They had my car all day 8-5, when I called to check in around 4 they told me that they did not service my car. They rescheduled me a week later, and They had my car all day 8-5, when I called to check in around 4 they told me that they did not service my car. They rescheduled me a week later, and again had my car all day 8-5 and did nothing, again I called around 4 to check in, again they did not inform me. They kept my car overnight and on the third day, the service was performed. When I asked if they could provide alternate transportation while they performed the service, they said no, even after the second scheduled day, they said no. They did not value my time at all. More
