They thought I was a dumb woman who could be taken advantage I took my son's SUV into get a simple oil change. The tech came out with the air filter torn in two pieces and said I need a new one. No on has touche I took my son's SUV into get a simple oil change. The tech came out with the air filter torn in two pieces and said I need a new one. No on has touched the air filter since the last oil change except Jarret Ford Service techs. Hmmmm suspicious? When I told them I would get one myself and replace it they decided to unplug the air sensor. I drove from my friends in south Winter Haven to the Ford dealership with out the SUV having one issue. As soon as I drove off the lot it was chugging a little and actually died when idling at a light. That is dirty business....did they think I wouldn't have another mechanic look at it. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH JARRETT FORD they are all about breaking your car so they can make more money off you, Its almost bait and switch...get you in for a cheap oil change, but you need $100's of other work done as well..
