Dave was exceptional. I had been at the Jay Buick Service Center for an oil change about 3 weeks ago. Following the oil change, the check engine light came on. At first I had been at the Jay Buick Service Center for an oil change about 3 weeks ago. Following the oil change, the check engine light came on. At first I thought it came on because somehow it wasn't taken off following the oil change. But something didn't seem right with the car and when it became difficult to start, I didn't to go back to the service center. Dave checked it out. In less than a minute he determined there was something wrong with the purge valve. He checked inventory and there was the needed replacement part. He also determined that Buick knows of this problem and the replacement part and labor was going to be taken care of. They took care of the situation right then and there-- even though I was a walk-in and didn't have a problem. I was so glad Dave was there at the Jay Buick Service Center and took care of me. Great customer service and at no cost to me. More
