There are a few portions of your statement that we need to clear up. First, we are in business to fix issues with vehicles. It would be zero benefit for us to not fix your vehicle. In this instance you were wanting your vehicle fixed under Mopar Warranty. We did not have that opportunity to fix your vehicle due to Mopar warranty denying your claim. As we explained to you in person, the main reason for the denial was because the manufacturer warranty was out. Mopar also denied the claim because the PCM showed data of reprogramming, more than likely from aftermarket performance parts installed. We informed you this was part of the denial because this voids the warranty. No one at the dealership decides that outcome, we simply send in the information requested by Mopar and it is in their hands from there. We even continued after the denial and tried to get another goodwill assistance claim for you, something most dealers would not do. However, that was again declined by Mopar warranty. You had the option to pay for the repair once we told you about the denials but chose not to do that. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. I will let our highly-rated Google reviews, Facebook reviews and winning “Best place to buy a new or used vehicle” from the Paris News three years in a row speak for our reputation as a business that has a proven track record of its dedication to customer service. Every time this customer has visited the dealership, they have accused our employees of many erroneous things. They have brought their vehicle to us on prior occasions only to complain about every step of the process, when we are simply trying to do our job. After hearing of your dissatisfaction with every process, accusing our employees of erroneous things, blaming our dealership for problems we did not cause, we only then kindly asked you to seek services elsewhere. We wish you the best.
