We bought a new vehicle in October 2021 and were told on our way down they did not have a vehicle for us to take home because our new vehicle had not hit the lot yet but they wanted to keep our trade in. We were told to call enterprise and rent a car and it would be taken care off. We were dropped off at enterprise and the salesman left. We ended up paying for the rental that cost us over $500. We had asked for reimbursement since we were not aware of this until we were half way there on our 8 hour drive. We would of made different arrangements, like driving seperate vehicles so we were not out the $500. We can not get a call back from management and our sales man called today 2/15/2022 to say the $100 check he sent us as a referral is all he can get us. More
