I had an excellent experience buying my new Jeep. Most of my contact was via internet/email, but all the people I dealt with were professional, friendly, and cared about my business. The negotiations were fair and friendly. I left with my new car feeling good about my deal and the dealership. I would definately recommend to others and return with my business.

Jeff Dambrosio Auto group was SUPERB to work with. They gave us the best possible deal they could. My husband and I shopped around for a long time before we made our purchase, we just kept coming back to the 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. We absolutely would not purchase anywhere else but here. Thanks for all the work you did for helping us get the vehicle we wanted at a great price.

Working with the staff at Jeff D'Ambrosio was a plesent experiance. During the whole process they kept my attention by showing me all the options on the car I was purchasing, walking me through the service area and introducing me to several key people there. I thought it was great that Mr. D'Ambrosio was there and personally thanked me for my business. It was truly a pleasent process and i will recomend them to all of my friends and family.

Great selection of vehicles. There were so many cars to look at. I test drove about 8. I felt bad for Mark but he didn't complain once. I am new to the area and was surprised to see so many family memebers working at the store. It says alot when the owners family takes an interest in the business. I wasn't sure there even was a real Jeff D'Ambrosio let alone the whole family being there. Jeff thanked me for my business. I really felt taken care of. They will get all my service work too.

I was very comfortable with Dave Williams, my dealer, who sold me the car. He has a lot of experience which was helpful in helping me and my husband find the right car for me. I was able to test drivw all the cars that he recommended and was thankful for his willingness to stay a little later for us to decide. I am very impressed with his expertise in the car industry. I was able to get what I needed (gas mileage) while my husband was able to get what he wanted (saftey).

By the way, the dealer that I worked with deserves a raise!!! He does a great job at Jeff D'Ambrosio and should be honored for his years of service!

I had a great buying experience with this dealership. Excellent customer service & I feel very confident to refering my friends & family to them. I wish all car buing experiences were like this. Five stars. My salesman was very proffesional & pleasant, I felt he gave me a great deal & there wasn't too mch haggling. He gave me a tour of the facility & already connected me with my service rep for when I bring my new jeep.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. My salesman was very helpful in finding a car in my price range. He wasn't pushy at all, which I prefer when I am car shopping. I have had my car serviced there a few times and the service manager was also very helpful. I have had experiences where they recommend service that is not necessary at all, that did not happen at D'Ambrosio.

I have Purchased a dodge sprinter several years back at this dealership.
since then, I have invested over 9,000 repairing my crummy sprinter, (6,000 this year alone) i love the vehicle, the engine is troublesome.
the service IS SINCERELY TERRIBLE! DO NO USE THIS PLACE to service your vehicle!

EVERY TIME I have my service done here I incounter SOME ISSUE with the staff being dishonest or over charging certain jobs.

My last three visits were so much of a miserable experience i have now been using a new dealership that services sprinters that is an over an hour away and have not had a single issue with them. I thought the service was bad then, now after changing dealerships I KNOW that I made the right decision and am GLAD to drive an hour each way to have my work done properly....

They screw up the work everytime! I have to make at least 2 trips EVERYTIME I drop off the truck for one small repair. Its never the money I dispute, but the fact that they tell me its finished, the job is "completed" yet no one does a good job inspecting the work they performed to make sure things were fixed properly. 3 differnt instances, over 9 trips back to the dealershit. hopefully you will not incounter the same problems, I would be glad to leave my contact info with this site so if any one would like specific info regarding my experience with them i will be glad to explain!
