My first visit to this dealership was in September 2018. I left the dealership with no intentions of returning after being passed around to several people. Fast forward to July 2021 and I decided to give th I left the dealership with no intentions of returning after being passed around to several people. Fast forward to July 2021 and I decided to give them another try. I was greeted by Dan Kirby as I entered the dealership and the entire experience was awesome (i.e., from test driving two vehicles to deciding on a new purchase)! Dan made the entire process stress-free from selection to pick-up. I truly appreciate great customer service and Dan Kirby nailed it for me...THANKS again!!! More

Poor customer service. They made me feel like they didn't want to sell a new jeep to me. I initially thought that it was their way of not pressuring me on a sale. But I was wrong, I made a custom order and w want to sell a new jeep to me. I initially thought that it was their way of not pressuring me on a sale. But I was wrong, I made a custom order and wanted to change some options. I contacted them the very next day at 8 AM, within 12 hours of my order. I emailed and ed. No response. The sales rep gets back to me 3 days after my contact, saying sorry vin is assigned, so we cannot make any change. I let it go, even though jeep chat said the dealer could cancel and re-order. I followed up with Jeep chat for a month, almost twice every week on my build status. And one fine day, they tell me to check with dealer since the order is now not a sold order. I tried to reach out to sales person. This time I didn't get a response for more than a week. This was the most frustrating experience. I couldn't deal with such poor customer service and I ended up requesting cancelation of the order. And boom I get a response saying the sales rep was on vacation and that the order was canceled and reordered because they put in the wrong color. I was never informed. The irony is that they couldn't make a change to my order withing 12 hours of my order. Also, they never refunded my deposit. I guess thats one way of the dealership making money, by getting customers to order and chasing them by poor service. Poor communication, bad service. Stay away More
Well Jeff, you just lost another customer. I made my service appointment including a rental car for today. When I arrived at the dealer at 8am after my 30 minute drive, they informed me that they did no service appointment including a rental car for today. When I arrived at the dealer at 8am after my 30 minute drive, they informed me that they did not have a rental for me. They asked if I could wait but I had appointments which is why I needed a rental. I asked for a loaner instead which they said they have NONE....can you imagine a dealership this size and they don't have a vehicle to cover an appointment with a customer? And your staff let a previously loyal customer (me) leave your dealership extremely unsatisfied. Moving on.... More
Waste our time, money, gas. Forgot to book renter car twice, Order wrong radio, forgot to schedule appointment. After they said they fix stop start system which they didn't.
