I'm sorry you feel this way. Rest assured, all warranties are optional purchase items. In fact you can cancel the products if you do not wish to have them. Please consider this carefully as warranty and GAP both have benefits. We tried to look up your deal but were unable to find a deal from September 2024 that matches your review.

that's because it was in 2023. Considering that not only your sales guy and finance guy both explain to me that it was not "optional". They told me I had to get them or I would not be able to buy the vehicle. And yes I cancel some of them. Some of them I can not get the money back for them and some of them have a cancelling fee. I want to think you are "sorry" I feel this way. But there is no feeling. Your employees should not be taking advantage of people!
