My Review of Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac Kia Nissan:
This was by farrrr the best car buying experience I have ever had. I hate pushy salesmen and all the haggling over prices, etc. but I have to say I didnt have to worry with that when dealing with Jeff Wyler. Pete was the most knowlegdeable salesman I have ever worked with, he explained all the features of the car I was looking at and was very friendly. When it came time to make a deal, he was very up front and honest. He and Eric McClure were so easy to work with, staying within our target budget, and making a fair deal for everyone without the 50 trips back and forth haggling over prices...just smiling faces :) After-the-sale has been a good experience as well; they needed to fix a small area on the hood caused by birdies, and provided me a loaner car. A lot of times after a sale I never hear from the salesman, but I really appreciated the fact that Pete remained my go-to guy during all processes, made me feel like he really appreciated me as a customer. I would return to this dealer in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a new car!

We have been looking at 2009 Cadillacs for several months. We have been unable to find the right combination of car, price and willing salesperson in order to make a purchase. Having heard your commercials on 700/WLW - I called down and began working with Harold. We have purchased 36 cars over several decades - 28 new - 22 of those were GM products - now 9 of those Cadillacs. Our experience with Harold, Eric and the rest of the team there were second to none. We have never purchased a car this far from home - and sight unseen. This was a very satisfying ecperience. Our 2009 DTS is a very fine automobile.

Mandy is knowledgeable and helpful and was able to pick up on what I wanted and needed, and didn't make the process harder than it had to be. I'd recommend her to anyone. She was able to make the process quick and painless and didn't play any "games" with me.

I spoke with Harold, told him exactly what I was looking for, and he found it. The service was wonderful, the sales manager, and credit manager were delightful. I would not have purchased the truck had it not been for the service I received. My salesman, Harold, actually dropped my car off at the office after it was done being detailed.

Pete was extremely helpful and friendly and offered us great customer service. He worked with us to get us the best deal possible and made us feel like we were more than just another customer. He wasn't pushy and make it easy for us to make our decision. And without a doubt it was an easy one to make, since he was so friendly and knowledgeable. Eric, the sales manager, was another one that helped make our car buying experience a pleasurable one. We would love to buy another car from this dealership and from Pete.

This is the 2nd car that I have purchased from this Cadillac store. Very comfortable doing business with these people – friendly and outgoing. Visited another Cadillac store earlier in the week – not comfortable being around them. No basis to judge either store on competence, but just did not like the other place as the salesmen reminded me of aluminum siding salesmen.

My Review of Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac Kia Nissan:
We were looking for a quality crossover/suv and had made the"rounds" test driving other makes when we remembered the Rogue. I was a bit skeptical, as I had never bought any other type of car but GM and Ford. When we entered the dealership, Chris was so very personable and knowledgeable that we immediately liked him. His style is such that he doesn't just sell cars, he loves what he does and obviously is sold on the product! He never once pressured us, but kindly gave us all the information we needed. We actually bought the car after the second test drive. I was extremely impressed with Chris as he took us a tour around the dealership and sat in the car for about 45 minutes explaining how to use everything and answering every question. He followed up with my insurance agent and I have already recommended him to family and friends. One more thing--he made us feel special as he introduced us to his boss, the financing man and the dealership general manager. When we left, we felt like we were "a part" of the Nissan "family!"

I called the dealership after first seeing a listing for a Honda Pilot on cars.com. I had the WONDERFUL fortune of being connected with Chris Patton once I called to ask a couple questions about the vehicle. From the moment I spoke with Chris he was energetic, courteous, knowledgeable, and un-endingly friendly. I made an appointment to view the car the next day and Chris greeted my boyfriend and I with a big smile and answered all of my novice car buyer questions with patience, confidence and made sure that I was fully satisfied and really understood the answers. I felt so at ease and confident that I purchased the vehicle on the spot. Chris was amazingly helpful and still takes time to explain any post-purchase questions I have. On the ride home after picking up our car from being detailed my boyfriend and I couldn't stop talking about how easy Chris had made the experience and how much we wish that others could have such a memorable, positive car buying experience.

I did not want to buy a new car because of the headache associated with it, but then I went to Jeff Wyler Fairfield Nissa and met Mandy Pack and the sales Manager.
Mandy Pack was so wonderfull to work with, she eased my mind with buying a new car.
Jeff Wyler did not have the car I wanted in stock, so Mandy Pack personally found the color and model I wanted and got it for me within a couple days. Since then, she has checked on me at least twice to make sure I am still loving my car (Which I am!!!)
I would recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan and ANY of the staff there to any of my friends and family!

Your Finance Person Reggie was outstanding, he reseached and compared rates and terms , and recommended the best options for me.

The Sales Person I worked with was Harold, his help and knowledge, made the decision easy to go with Jeff Wyler. When I came in a month later for service, Haroldd greeted me, by my name.

My experience both leasing and buying from the Dealership, has been outstanding, and I would recommend this Dealership.
