BUYER BEWARE- stay away from Jeff Wyler GMC They were calling us constantly when they wanted to sell the new Yukon to us. FAST FORWARD almost 2 months later, they still haven’t taken care of paying of calling us constantly when they wanted to sell the new Yukon to us. FAST FORWARD almost 2 months later, they still haven’t taken care of paying off our trade in!! We are getting calls DAILY from the creditor threatening to report us to the credit bureau. Sure- we can make payments to stay current, but that was NOT our agreement. That’s more money out of our pocket we are told we won’t get back. Apparently now there’s a recall on the car and they can’t pay it off til the recall is fixed! Not my problem. They have already sold the car to another person! However our loan is still active on it and we are being harassed by the creditor. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! SO much time being spent on this! More

Jeff Wyler GMC Florence, Kentucky is our number ONE and ONLY place for a Quality work, friendly, honest, and straight forward. Scott Mgr. is awesome! Jeff Wyler GMC Florence, Kentucky is our number ONE and ONLY place for a dependable service department. This event/PM was one of the biggest we had completed since we bought the New SUV. Service date: 14MAY2024, Changed out all four tires, flushed the fuel system replaced filters, an alignment and new brakes. As always Jeff Wyler GMC Florence, took care of us and was on the mark. The new Video "Walk around" is very cool and helpful since customers are not allowed (by OSHA and insurance reasons) to be in the service area. We saw the brakes and their condition before removal and after so we could witness the worn parts and then shown the new parts before and after the install. Rotors as well. Jeff Wyler GMC Florence, KY., their service department covers issues before total failure occurs. Scott, the shop Manager is one of the best and runs a super shop. His team is number one in my opinion, and they are good people. I think they do their best to save us wrecker calls later down the road. I want to think Scott the shop Mgr and Taylor my tech for this work that was performed. Great job Fellas!!! Bless you and the whole service team at Jeff Wyler GMC Florence, KY.
