Great Buying Experience Ketchel Strauss (sales) and Bill Monhollen (finance) were a pleasure to deal with. We had been car shopping for several months and were dreading the Ketchel Strauss (sales) and Bill Monhollen (finance) were a pleasure to deal with. We had been car shopping for several months and were dreading the thought of sitting down with another salesperson, their manager(s), and the finance person. Ketchel was everything we could have hoped for in a salesman. He listened to what our needs were, proposed different solutions, and was patient while we sorted through our decision. At no time was he pushy or in a hurry to get the deal done. Meeting with Bill was also a pleasure. As happens with every dealership, we discussed various extended warranty options and the cost associated with each. The cost of the GM program we were interested in was well above our budget (would have added over $6000 to the purchase price), so we declined the coverage. Bill was sensitive to our budget restraints and did not try to force us into a program. This was a huge relief for us. The Wyler Buick GMC staff were very kind to us and we highly recommend Ketchel and Bill. More

Ketchel Strauss toured me around the shop supplying me with free coffee and took me for a test drive of two vehicles. I then came back to Ketchel a week later and he helped me seal the deal on my new ride! Ketchel Strauss had not forgotten my interest or my budget. We hashed out all the different ways I could go with buying my new vehicle by doing this we exposed the best plan. Thanks again to Jeff Wyler and his team. More

Horrible car, horrible service (NO STARS) The service department is a joke. Every time you bring your car in, they give you a new excuse and charge your $500 to "fix" a problem. Only to have that same problem continually re-occur. They make excuses, don't acknowledge the issue or see any problem with raking their customers over the coals. They are smug, arrogant and act as if this is the normal. I've had cars from other manufacturers, and I will never buy another GMC again, or any car from them. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with.
