I ordered a K5 GT through the dealership and was told that since I was ordering it, there would be no ridiculous "market adjustment rate" or any other added charges. I was told that I would get the told that since I was ordering it, there would be no ridiculous "market adjustment rate" or any other added charges. I was told that I would get the car at MSRP and even did a build sheet on Kia's website, confirming the price, before tax and title. I waited almost two months and when they called me to get it, they gave me a purchase order for over $8000 above MSRP. The purchase order looked like something someone had typed on Microsoft Word and had two different lines titled "options" each for over $3000. There was no explanation as to what these "options" were on the purchase order and the best explanation the salesman offered was "mudguards." I asked him if he meant the mudguards that were $75 on Kia's website and he just kinda shrugged. Now I've noticed they add a "Wyler Family First" package for $2495, which is just some "protectant" sprayed inside and out. This seems to be a new way the dealerships are trying to make more money without calling it a "market adjustment rate." I wasn't upset so much with the charges, other than the fact that they didn't say anything about when we ordered the car. They figure they'll wait until you get in the car and you'll like it so much that you won't even care about being scammed. This is another reason why people despise car salesman almost as much as lawyers. This Jeff Wyler brags about not requiring a deposit to order a car, but that's because they'd be bound to the original agreement. I told a salesman from a different Jeff Wyler about my experience and he said never to trust a dealership who says they're ordering you a car and will not accept a deposit securing the agreed upon price. He said that it's a ploy just to get you to wait and become impatient and you'll feel obligated and/or pressured to buy it, regardless the price. It really makes no sense other than to squeeze every penny out of you that they can. I mean, even if they order a car for you and sell it at MSRP, they will still make money from the sale because they don't pay that price for the car and then they get a rebate from the manufacturer for selling it. Think about it: would they sell you a car direct from the factory at their cost? No, MSRP is not their cost, otherwise they'd be selling you the car and doing all that work for free. Nobody's doing anything for you for free. I even called Kia and asked them about the MSRP and they said that is not what the dealers pay for the car. I won't deal with this dealership because of their misleading practices that I experienced. The salesman was friendly and new, so I don't blame him as much as the sales manager, which is whom he told me did the order. The car I ordered is listed for sale on their page now for over $5000 more than they agreed to sell it to me for. More
I found my sales agent, Derrick to be helpful, courteous and knowledgeable but very likeable too. Jeff Wyler Superior KIA beat any other price I could find for the Soul we wanted. That's why I fought I-71 and knowledgeable but very likeable too. Jeff Wyler Superior KIA beat any other price I could find for the Soul we wanted. That's why I fought I-71 and I-75 traffic (torture) and drove up from the Louisville area to buy my car. I'm pleased with the deal! More
It is impossible to get service, even when the car is under warranty. I tried for over two weeks to get through to the service department on their website and chat functions. Never even got a return call under warranty. I tried for over two weeks to get through to the service department on their website and chat functions. Never even got a return call despite numerous tries. When I called, I had to go through an automated system, then a service person and then a service manager. Had to repeat everything each time. Despite my AC being out in mid July with temps in the 90's, they would not even attempt to diagnose the problem until September! When I said this was unacceptable, I got a response that clearly indicated they really did not care. Very, very poor customer service. I will not go back. More

Buckle up, this is in depth. Went in to purchase a brand new Sorento that I saw on their website. It had not been delivered but the salesman, Eddie, said it was on its way and we Went in to purchase a brand new Sorento that I saw on their website. It had not been delivered but the salesman, Eddie, said it was on its way and we could do a "soft" agreement and then he would contact me the moment it was off the truck. During our negotiations, he tried to tell me the vehicle was 51k. I understand prices are over MSRP right now, but this is a Sorento, not a Telluride? When my husband spoke up (for the first time) and asked why other Superior (now Jeff Wyler) dealerships are offering the same car/trim level for 5k less Eddie proceeded to tell us that those guys are lying to me and trying to scam me. He then processed to talk crap about Jeff Wyler's companies and tell me how much he hated Jeff Wyler and hated working for Wyler companies and is mad they bought out Superior. Seemed unprofessional to me. We decided to go through negotiations because the trim we are looking for is hard to find right now and he low balled my trade-in. After showing him my 3 other offers that are 3-4k more than he offered and he still wouldn't bring it up more than 1k. And then at the VERY end after we are getting ready to leave he proceeds to say "well I normally deal with the men, so can I have your phone number?" to my husband who had said 1 sentence to the guy the entire hour we were there. This is my car, my deal, my trade-in, my money down. My husband was only there for the ride there and back. I found this extremely rude and completely turned me off. My husband told him "I'm out of town a lot for work, this is my wife's car you need to contact her" and we left. I got a text today that the car is in and I can come get it, but we have decided to work with another dealer and salesman who wants to show me respect and wants my business within the Jeff Wyler company. I have patience and am willing to wait to purchase my car from someone who respects me. More
They do not care about your time. They will also try to scam you. Marked the price on a trade in down $1,000 and when I brought up it needed fixing, they took over two hours to refill They will also try to scam you. The dealership got sold, I was told that they had no way to track old orders. I lie to you day in and out. I placed my KIA TELLURIDE order JULY 2021. The dealership got sold, I was told that they had no way to track old orders. Infact the staff has not changed but the dealership has. No effort was made to reach out and convey this message. I went online and tracked order of my car, got VIN number. I called dealership to let them know that the car is at your location. I gave them last 4 digits and they said that the car just got sold yesterday. Previous to this I was told when the dealership got sold all orders were canceled. What a lie and bunch of unprofessional people. More

Salesman was fine car was fine F&I person told me and I quote "I DON'T GIVE A xxxx IF YOU BUY THIS CAR" Granted I am over 70 years old and he could not sell me credit life and accident health plus the ca quote "I DON'T GIVE A xxxx IF YOU BUY THIS CAR" Granted I am over 70 years old and he could not sell me credit life and accident health plus the car I purchased was a 2006 so he could not sell me an extended warranty but still he works for the dealership and his job is to deliver the car. Maybe he makes too much money to be bothered with a $15500 sale. Don't worry I won't be back! More
