Great service from the moment I parked my car. I was approached quickly and asked about the car that I was interested in. It was exactly what I wanted. The sales man never pressured me to buy anything a approached quickly and asked about the car that I was interested in. It was exactly what I wanted. I received a phone call for the buy back program and set something up to come in this morning(8/14) to work with Eddie. I sat down and told Warren that I wanted to see if I could trade in my current car for another to lessen my monthly payment. He asked if he had money down, I did not and he stated, “My suggestion for you is have money down for interest and taxes. You NEVER want to have no money down.” His tone was very belittling and condescending. The conversation only worsened when he asked me questions to update my account, since I bought my car with Superior. When I explained my job changes and why my income changed, he then stated, “Oh, so you are making less now?” I then explained that I was working in mental health as a case manager and that I changed to a factory job for a mental break and less stress… he laughed at me!! I wanted to leave then and be done with this appointment; but I remembered that I wasn't not going to be working with him. We moved on to discuss my current financing and how long the term was and what not. I told him how my payments were spilt to work on principle and interest at the same time, and he said, “And who told you that?!” As if I didn’t know how my payments were…his tone was again very condescending!! My whole time speaking with Warren he spoke to me as if I didn’t not understand, he often spoke down to me, made me feel bad about my life choices in employment to do what was best for me, would not let me finish what I was saying, interrupting me answering a question he asked to then ask me another question!! Warren seemed all to comfortable to speak to me like this and it left me wondering how many other customers has he spoke to like this and why is he still working with customers! It was not until I excused myself and left that he then attempted to ask if something was wrong, but the damage was done within the first 3mins of speaking with him!! Overall, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone that is coming in to seek out their options to work with Warren!! It was a horrible experience and if is was not for Eddie coming in and cleaning up Warrens mess of customers service; I would have left!! I’ll be doing another review for Eddie so his rating is not affected by this rating. I’d also appreciate a call from someone to ensure that this situation is handled, so no one else has to go through this! More

They force you to purchase the 1999.oo paint protection and etching or they won't sell you the car. Salesman was very good, dealership not good! Paid exactly MSRP. Won't move 1 dollar off of the vehicle and with the extras they force you to buy, you will pay 2500 over MSRP. Also they put a really bad dent with a scratch on the vehicle while cleaning during the buying process. Now we have to go out of our way to take it to their body shop on a vehicle with 14 miles on it. who knows how it will turn out with the service there. Before we went to the dealership, I called and spoke to a lady named Penny. Asked her if they will come 500 off the price and won't waste our time. She assured me that they would give the best price and would work on the 500 off. Went to the dealership and waited. She never showed her face and then they told us that we had to pay the 2500 over msrp for the extras that we did NOT want. The salesman, Anthony, was very courteous and appologised for them making us pay for the extras. The manager Gerald, not so courteous and said that if we didn't buy the extras, he couldn't sell us the car. NOT even an apology for them damaging the vehicle before we left and now we are the ones who are inconvenient for the damages on a vehicle that we overpaid for! More

I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from Superior Kia and couldn't have been any more pleased with Amos (our salesman) and Gerald (New Car Manager) in the purchasing of our new vehicle. I ordered directly fr couldn't have been any more pleased with Amos (our salesman) and Gerald (New Car Manager) in the purchasing of our new vehicle. I ordered directly from Kia (using Superior Kia) and the team was very helpful in giving me timeline updates for the arrival of the order. The car was delivered to Superior Kia (BEFORE the estimated date of arrival), Gerald and Amos both called me letting me know the car has arrived and it will be ready to picked up that evening. It felt like Christmas in March. I went in and (again) the team was very helpful explaining everything to me and the experience couldn't have been any more smooth. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. Amos even took me in the car and went over all the features of the car which really helpful. I must add, Amos even stayed after his scheduled time (8 P.M.) to make sure I was taken care of and I understood everything with the new car. I ended up leaving the dealership around 9:30 P.M. In addition, I wanted to get a few aftermarket items installed to the car (i.e. Tinted Windows, Roof Vinyl Wrapped, Side-Steps, etc) and Amos was very helpful in scheduling all the appointments and dropping the car off at the designated body shops for the installs. They even offered me a loaner car for the time my car was getting worked on. This process took about a week and I am VERY happy with the car and how it turned out. Thank you, Amos, Gerald, and the entire Superior Kia (Cincinnati) Team. I highly recommend this team for your next Kia car! More
