I was sold a truck that the 4x4 drive wasn't functional at all. When I found out it didn't work, they said as is no warranty. What a SCAM!!!! On my second maintenance visit I told them about my concern , and they tell it not covered and I got to pay to fix it. So, I got a lesson but I do nothing with that wiper , my car staying a garage and the only time I saw issue when it was a heavy rain, two thing happen - poor maintenance or just some of the mechanics replace a new wiper for the bad on and then not telling clients that it was not covered , we are forsrd to pay … I never go back to this dealership for two reasons: poor financing advising and poor maintenance More

When it came time to sign the purchase agreement there were added charges. 1. Appearance Pro Pkg. $400 told it was paint protection, no other info. could have been trip to car wash. 2. Wyler Certified Pulse $499 told it was a safety item that makes your third brake light pulse. Makes your light flash 3 times. Internet search shows that this brand is only sold to dealers who charge what they want. You can buy the same module that plugs into the brake light wiring for $25. 3. Wyler protection (policy cost only) $299 Told it was insurance for the interior stains, tears. Received a booklet a month after car purchased it is a third party company. They list insurance deductible, ambulance service, tire hazard, lockout, and other useless services. They pay small amounts per occurrence with a max amount per policy term,36 months. The kicker is you pay for service and send in paper work/receipts with a reimbursement request and hope it is ok'd. Total for items that I would never ok'd if I had known about ahead of time $1198 Very deceptive business practice. I have noticed different makes of cars with Wyler emblems with the pulse brake light so all Wyler locations must do this and probably other dealers. I have called Wyler corporate office 7 times and toyota of clarksville 3 times leaving contact info. and reason for call, today Dec. 30 still no return call. Would give negative stars if possible. Invoice had blank lines with money added, found hidden fees in agreement, and they sold my information to various other entities. Now i get the dreaded extended warranty calls. My husband and I were very underwhelmed by our visit. I was in the market for a new vehicle, but didn't really know what I wanted. Neither the salesman or the sales manager seemed overly interested in our business. They gave us a print out of 2 vehicles and the ink on the printer was low, so it was barely readable. They said they would reach out to us the first of the week. (We went on a Saturday afternoon) We have heard from no one. I am happy to say, we took our business elsewhere and will not be recommending this establishment to anyone. More

It’s been about ten months since I purchased my 2025 Toyota Sienna, and the vehicle has spent multiple months in their service department. Almost every repair has required return visits because issues weren’t fixed correctly the first time. I’ve owned many vehicles, and this has been the least reliable service experience I’ve had. I expected far better from a Toyota dealership. I hope management and Toyota corporate take this feedback seriously and make improvements. Until then, I’d strongly recommend buying your Toyota somewhere else. More

I have it towed to the dealership-- I call the first day to check in, but by the fourth day and no calls, I'm stopping by because they don't answer their phones or return messages. They tell me my fuel pump isn't accurately telling the car how much gas is in it, so I ran no gas but had no idea because my gauge was still telling me I had over a 1/4 of a tank. I think I'm getting a new fuel pump to fix this problem, right? No, they want me to pay $250 for the diagnostic but because the shop foreman thinks the float might have just got stuck, I should "drive it around til the gauge gets about 1/4 tank and see if it dies again. Then we'll know and can replace the fuel pump!" What the *** is that!? Couldn't they do that, so they could test it-- rather than me with my children in the car??? Because I'm sure if it happens again and I'd have to bring it back, they'd charge me the diagnosis again plus the cost of the fuel pump! More

This was the absolute worst customer service. The financial team was stealing $4240 from me. They listed four different items that I did not purchase. They did finally agree to deduct those amounts after I said I would leave the car there if it was not addressed. They did then rewrite the contract and take all charges off. However I now have loan papers with all of the incorrect figures. They were rude. Never did they apologize for their mistake and my many hours there waiting to get it corrected. To start with they tried to give me an interest rate of over 7. My credit score was 826 and I paid $10,000 down. I should never have had to stress and cry and negotiate in such an unprofessional manner with a bunch of rude and even smart mouth young men. I will never go back and I can only hope that I can get the correct contract and financial papers. So it’s not over yet. More
