Because of covid I don’t feel it’s fair to judge the service. They are hampered by the restrictions put on them. No coffee while I waited for 2 hours for an oil change. No water! Also I had a 1:30 appointment and waited 2 hours . To me, an appointment means just that! An appointed time for it to be started. Not enough workers! I realize the Covid problem has a lot to do with the problem. More

I can’t speak for the entire dealership, but both my wife and I were very impressed with our sales person Gloria. Before we could get in the showroom Gloria was there to greet us and from there she was on to and I were very impressed with our sales person Gloria.
