I did not feel I got the best deal this time compared to my prior purchases. As a long time, loyal, and regular customer of Jeffrey Honda, I would have thought the dealership would have worked with me with my prior purchases. As a long time, loyal, and regular customer of Jeffrey Honda, I would have thought the dealership would have worked with me with pricing a 2011 Odyssey considering there was not much incentive available. The "Really Big Sale" and the Jeffrey Honda's "Green Tag Sale" was not much of a sale at all. From my original quote to the sale quote, there was only a difference of $100. Friendly service...did not service something that didn't need it but instead educated the customer on when to return to have that service done. The service was excellent. They were good on the phone making the appointment and they took the car in and serviced it quickly. I have had no problems since the service and I would recommend Jeffrey Honda making the appointment and they took the car in and serviced it quickly. My complaint is I filled out this survey right after the service. I am wondering why it didn't go through. More
Although Gil was a pleasant Service rep there were many things behind the scenes that were just uncalled for. I was discrimated against for being 20 and owning an S2000. Any problems that occured they immediately pointed the finger at me before even examining the car. Also despite testimony NEVER offered any aid in regards to dealing with American Honda themselves.
