My extended warranty paid them $8,000 to fix a noise in the left front of my truck and the noise is still there. I have sent multiple emails to the general manager with no reply. Dealer plays games and isn't honest about price. I asked their online sales if a truck really was the price as advertised on the website before I would come in. This dealership is a bait and switch organization. They listed a jeep online for 29k. I scheduled an appt to test drive. When I arrived the sales team added almost 10k of extra’s causing the new price to be over 40k. The manager came in to say to me take it or leave it because the vehicle is worth more. I said if it’s worth more why is it listed for 29k online. He proceeded to say” we are good “ do you want it or not. I will be reaching out to the BBB because I think they are posting a lot of vehicles the same way. They get you there and then hit you with the additional fees and cost. I am a disabled veteran and was not very happy when I left. Veterans stay away for your own good!! More

I had been looking at a particular Challenger located at Jenkins for about 45 days. I finally decided it was time to go for it. Arriving at the dealership I was met by Brian. Wish I could remember everyone’s name that I met, we had some interesting friendly conversation. What I mean is the whole process was very straightforward with no real pressure sales. Additionally, The GM, Darren Grant, amazingly remembered me from many months ago and very quickly helped me with some administration regarding my service contract. Jenkins CDRJ of Homossassa really goes out of its way to well beyond the date of the vehicle sale to cultivate the dealership-customer relationship. More
