Stopped at this dealership to look at the Sorento. Met Kip and he showed us the Sorento and Optima. Told him we were just looking, he gave us some brochures and said when we were ready to buy stop back... Kip and he showed us the Sorento and Optima. Great price on the trade in, great price on the car. No haggling... Came with one price that was excellent. Several employees stayed late to complete the paper work for our sale. Everyone was very friendly and we were able to come back the next day to get full detail work done in daylight. A few months after the sale the dealership hosted a "party" where we got to visit the service department, see an airbag inflate, and ask more questions of the service personnel. We were convinced that this dealership is the place to buy and we believe they gave us a very fair deal and the KIA Sorrento is a best buy compared to other manufacturers' comparable models. They also responded quickly to check on our cooling system and immediately decided to fix the problem. We are very impressed with this dealership and will consider them in any future purchase and will recommend Citrus KIA to our friends. The manager/owner Steve Hiteman was also easy to talk to and shows a genuine and generous interest in his customers by holding a "Customer Appreciation Nite" which had a very large turnout by KIA buyers. We were only comparison looking at the Sorento and said we weren't buying that day and Mr. xxxxxx was very helpful. After 2 demo rides he worked up prices and was not pushy at all. We said we would think about it and both he and the sales manager said o.k. and we left. We wouldn't contract anything without sleeping and praying about it. We went back after a day and they were still not pushy. We now have a new Sorento and everything was shown to us about the vehicle. Dealing with the dealer and the sales staff was really quite pleasant. Thirty years ago I worked for a Dodge dealer but left because of the pressure tactics. Citrus Kia was a nice experience. More
