Car wouldn't start Went into the dealership on a tight time frame, had no idea what was wrong with my car. They diagnosed it and fixed it within 2 hours, which is great Went into the dealership on a tight time frame, had no idea what was wrong with my car. I thought shop opened at 9 because that is what it said hours were. It actually opens at 730. Otherwise great customer service, kept me informed about my car, and offered complimentary refreshments. Helped when In a bind Traveling from Lakewood Ranch FL, to Atlanta GA, my Sportage's alternater went belly up on I-75. Our luck was Jenkin's KIA was close when it failed. We thought we would have to leave it, rent a car(a lot of trouble) and go on. Mike Farrari and team analyzed the problem, ascertained parts availability and got to work.
