I brought my Toyota in for warranty paint work. While the paint job was exceptional, I was not told the windshield was being replaced and when I returned, my EZ-Pass was gone. That is not cool. Additionally, the car came in with a rear cargo cover, but it too was missing when I picked the car up. That will cost hundreds to replace. Finally, the rear windshield wiper was installed incorrectly so now it just tries to wipe the air below the rear window. I am at a loss. The body work was great but all the issues lead me to a 2 star review. When I inquired about the cargo cover they said they had photo proof it wasn't with the car. This is not accurate; the cargo cover is not here and was with the car when it was dropped off. More
Jerry’s Toyota has reversed my opinion of dealership service departments. The work has always been excellent and timely. I actually feel like they look after my best interests by the inspections each 50 service departments. The work has always been excellent and timely. I actually feel like they look after my best interests by the inspections each 5000 miles and providing recommendations on service. They have alerted me to coupons or discounts I was not aware of thus making maintenance/repairs more affordable, keeping my Tacoma in great shape, and keeping resale value up. Not to mention the courteous and friendly personnel. My second vehicle from them but not my last. More

I arrived 20 minutes ahead of my appt. time, and was told that 2 employees called out and that my service would take 2 hours. 3 hours later I still had no idea how much longer it would take time, and was told that 2 employees called out and that my service would take 2 hours. 3 hours later I still had no idea how much longer it would take. I had my vehicle serviced today. The service department was very slow. It took a long time for me to meet with the service advisor and for them to check me in. I was never contacted when my vehicle was completed. I had to call them. After I received my vehicle I noticed that the plastic seat cover was still on my driver seat and did not fully cover my seat. The floor mat cover was still in the vehicle. I was disappointed with the service experience today. I did not feel valued as a customer. More

I came in for routine service that was supposed to take about an hour. I was pleasantly pleased when 50 minutes later my cars service was completed, 13 point inspection and a car wash in record time. This was my 5000 mile first service. My tire pressure icon had been displaying intermittently. Yolanda explained how that sometimes happens when the air temperature changes hot to cold this time of year but she would make a point to mention that. In fact when the tire pressure was checked it was only 30 lbs. there were no leaks and all tires were inflated to 38ppi they also checked for signs of rodents. I had a problem with my previous car. I’m now good to go for 5000 miles more. I liked seeing the video of my car being serviced with the audio. Only problem was my dashboard display had been changed and not returned to my original. I didn’t know what to do. Yolanda to the rescue! She is always so helpful and patient. My only negative comment was the length of time I had to wait. Well over 2 hours. Maybe it was because of the tire issue. I do like that Jerry’s service is thorough. More
