Everything was fine until we met with Art in Finance. We did not appreciate his hard sell tactics, nor his personality, not to mention he forgot to give us our title and paperwork for our car for the DM We did not appreciate his hard sell tactics, nor his personality, not to mention he forgot to give us our title and paperwork for our car for the DMV here.
