My Review of Jim Brown Auto Sales:
I got a cash car from here and it was a great deal. 850 ttl for a 95 olds achiva that runs fine.

Highly reccomend this dealership.

My Review of Jim Brown Auto Sales:
My fiancee' bought a car there and in less than a week,a front wheel came off as she was exiting an expressway.Thankfully she had slowed sufficiently to control the car.Then,within less than 30 days of ownership,the engine blew up.She took the car to them,as it was unnacceptable for the car to blow up in less than 30 days.Their only offer of remedy to this was to put a motor in the car,another $1500 dollars or more and finance that too,but it would take some cash up front from us as well as continuing to keep the pymnts current.What a bunch of rip off artists.taking advantage of poor people.They won judgement against her and she has to pay back $7000.00 at the criminal interest rate of 26.75%

Jim Brown has been in business for over 30 years,for a reason...we DO take care of our customers...we have folks that won't buy anywhere else but here, because they know they are buying a used car, which is an unpredictable machine, but we won't leave them to sink...we do what we can, whether its helping out with the repairs, allowing them to pay for repairs slowly and affordabley, or working out plans for other remedies...but bottom line, we can't make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time, but when the Kentuckiana area keeps Jim Brown Auto Sales strong for 30 years...we have to be doing something right...WE CARE....and it shows....so in this case...whatever solution we tried to offer, apparantly wouldn't suffice...I guess some people think you can call up the used car factory and order flawless used cars...boy wouldn't that be great....
