My mom had bought the Spectra bra My experience with Jim Curley Kia began when I submitted an inquiry on AutoTrader in regards to my 2005 Kia Spectra. My mom had bought the Spectra brand new, and by this time, it was pretty much on its last leg, so I was ready to upgrade my vehicle. After speaking on the phone and via email with representatives from Jim Curley, I decided that it was worth the hour plus drive from my home down to Lakewood. I'm so glad that I made the decision to go! I dealt mainly with Liz Curley, who was very understanding of my apprehension of being a first-time buyer with less than perfect credit. She really worked with me and boyfriend (who cosigned my loan) in order to make sure that I was really getting the payment I could afford and also making sure that I could leave with the car I wanted. She was very friendly and personable the entire time, helping us pass the time by talking to us about some local places in the area. It was really nice to feel so at ease, because I had heard so many horror stories about car buying being a horrific experience. This wasn't the case at all! When all was said and done, I was actually surprised with the simplicity of the transactions, and was very impressed with Liz and the rest of the staff. Now, I have my new (used) car, and I really couldn't be happier. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle - it really was worth the trip for me! More
