My Review of Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Marietta:
Jim Ellis was the last dealership my new wife and I visited on 12.31.2011, but evidentally we saved the best for last! The customer service was excellent; the salesman was not pushy, didn't try to get us to go above our price range, and really tried to find a great car within our budget. We bought a pre-owned Passat, which was probably the least expensive car on the lot, but the salesman and manager gave a great deal of time to us explaining everything we wanted to know about the car. The price was great, the service was friendly and knowledgeable!

We bought our car used at a mileage over their "certified" pre-owned mileage so it didn't have a warranty at all, but a few days after we bought the car we had a few problems with it. My wife took the car into the dealer, and Jim Ellis fixed the problem with no cost to us! Jim Ellis even let us use a loaner for the entire weekend till the car was fixed! Jim Ellis stands by their reputation, and we definitely get our next car from them as well.

My Review of Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Marietta:
Thom made this car purchasing experience, the most pleasant for me by far. I felt absolutely no pressure and was treated with respect throughout the entire process. Thom stayed until after 9:30 to help us complete the sale and also stayed late on the day I picked up the car - and was extremely pleasant on both occasions. Thom Holmes was a pleasure to work with. Best car buying experience ever!

My Review of Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Marietta:
We came to Jim Ellis VW feeling unsure after our experience at Gossett VW. We were promptly greeted by a very nice and professional. We told him what we were looking for and he started moving to get us the car. After driving the car we went to the deal making process. I felt that they really wanted to make us happy. They drove the trade. The process went rather quickly after that. Their really customer oriented and every one in that dealership seemed to have our best interests at heart. They closed at 9PM but the crew stayed on until the deal was finished. From Vicky who answered the phone to Ernest who made the sale to Matt that closed the deal. They are a great group of people. Thank you again.

My Review of Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Marietta:
No complaints! Thoughtfully take of extra requests like a 2nd trunk hook for bags or retrieving the Satellite radio serial #. They've done a good job on alerting customers about the renovations and have made suitable adjustments while under construction. I was just there for a courtesy (free) check-up on my 2009 CC, but everything was handled efficiently and the work was done within an hour. I love the CC!
