After considering price, performance, safety, options, appearance and our needs the Grand Cherokee made the top of our choices. Our next step was to venture out into the world of dealerships for an up-close look and take one for a drive. More importantly, to be sure my wife would be comfortable handling and driving a Grand Cherokee as this would be the largest vehicle either of us has owned. Actually, we visited a dealership just a half mile down the road from Jim Marsh (just a random pick). Right up front I told the salesman our main goal today was just to let my wife and I drive a Grand Cherokee. After about an hour, we still had not gotten behind the wheel. You know... lets go in and talk... can I have a drivers license... goes away, wait wait wait.... comes back, now lets meet the manager..... wait wait wait, meet with the manager... finally we go outside. We are taken to an area in the lot were all the vehicles were jammed in so tight(some bumper to bumper three deep with some sideways blocking these), I realized we weren't driving any of these. Next, salesman says he had wrong keys and said he would be right back. When he walked away, so did we. We then went up to Jim Marsh. What a great experience! We were with our salesman (Johnny) a short time (15 to 20 minutes) and we were driving Cherokee's...3 of them, Cherokee and Grand Cherokees. After passing the wife fit and comfort test, we were ready to begin looking closer at different models and options, pricing and ultimately making a purchase. (note: up to this point, no one at Jim Marsh knew we were at a dealership down the street prior to coming here). Johnny was every thing we could ask for in a salesman. Personable, knowledgeable and a good listener. We honestly felt at home working with Johnny. We would also like to add our experience in finance was very pleasurable as well. Amazing service I came to this dealership to see about purchasing my second vehicle! I've always wanted a jeep! I honestly wasn't ready to purchase anything I really was just looking at the jeeps they had to offer and the service from johnny was outstanding not pushy at all and he stayed by our side the entire time! Normally when I go to see a car the sales men ignore us thinking we're not qualified enough for a car cause of a young age but not here they were even offering to run numbers just so we have a rough estimate since we weren't "ready" to purchase yet! i ended up finding a jeep I loved and had him give me the quotes and Luis the sales manager was working his best with everything we wanted and he did his best to give us a great deal and customer service was outstanding for Johnny and Luis!
