The entire experience was very positive. Randy in Service kept me advised of the progress as the vehicle was worked on. Any dealership can be friendly when you are considering buying a vehicle from them. Most are not so friendly when you purchased the vehicle elsewhere and bring it to them for service. Jim Riehl's on Hall Road is an A1 Dealership regardless of you wants or needs. I didn't buy the vehicle from Jim Riehl's but will buy my next vehicle from them. Wasn't sure if I was going to purchase a Cadillac, Lincoln or BMW, until she patiently answered every question we had, and provided sage advice from her years of experience. Yes, the Jim Riehl team runs a first class dealership - and their service, finance, porter teams were all as 'friendly' as their dealer name. But after two test drives of various configurations, and hours of patient discussion, Debbie found us the PERFECT vehicle (Cadillac ATS AWD Premium) for our requirements, and we still LOVE our Cadillac experience every day we're on the road (looking for excuses to drive somewhere on a daily basis). Mega kudos to Debbie and the first class team at Jim Riehl's....highly recommended. More
