Lied About Service Car Needed Most terrible auto dealership service ever. They indicated car battery had bad cell and needed to be replaced for $380. We said button it up, we wer Most terrible auto dealership service ever. They indicated car battery had bad cell and needed to be replaced for $380. We said button it up, we were getting battery at auto zone much cheaper, paid our diagnostic fee and picked the car up. On the way to auto zone, by chance, we called Serra Cadillac in Washington Twp, asked their price, $220. Well decided to bring there, come to find out it was a warranty item and we didn't need to pay anything--further more, they checked the battery and it was good. So Friendly lied about the battery, didn't acknowledge the warranty. Serra did find out there was a bad block and replaced---under warranty. What would have happened if we let Friendly change the battery, we would have never known the real issue with the car. Friendly also told use we needed new plugs and a few other things because of misfiring--cost close to $1,000, btw the car has just under 30,000 miles--no car needs new plugs at 30,000. They are terrible. Buyer beware--if they cannot earn their money honestly, then shut down the service shop. We went back and asked for refund of our diagnostic, had to fight with them, they made us prove the battery was good and insisted on testing again on their machine--we finally agreed but in our plain sight. Battery tested good, --then he said sometime it will test bad then good---then why did we have to have another test to prove it to you??? Grudgingly, they gave us a refund. BTW, never a sorry for our troubles and the day and 1/2 we wasted our time with. More

I had oil change and some minor repairs Everything concerning the dealership was great! They even installed my chrome exhaust that was never put on for free. My only issue was with the wheel and tire protection warranty that was sold to me that according to my sales person and sales manager covers anything that can happen to it to my wheels or tires. I caught a curb with my wheel and scraped it and was informed that was not covered. Had I know that I can to drive over a land mine for the coverage to kick in I would have saved my money. I should point out that I bought the vehicle and was sold the garbage warranty from a different dealership. I feel duped, and I shouldn't feel anything but happy and well taken care of when I throw 86K down on an Escalade. I still feel someone should take care of those rims, Ive had similar issues with Mercedes before and they did not hesitate to take care of me. More
