We are disappointed we were unable to come to terms on the value of the trade in vehicles. Our Salesman was confident we could better the deal based on "your description" of the vehicles to be traded in. However their actual condition fell short of the description. We could not get to the price difference requested. We had the only vehicle in the area that matched your needs and because we understood your frustrations we allowed a competitive dealer, closer to you, to trade for the vehicle with us so you would be satisfied. We are in the business to sell cars not make people mad so we are sorry you feel this way but we did our best to make sure you got the vehicle you desired in the end.

We could not duplicate your car starting issue as it started fine several times for us although we did find the motor mounts grounded like you said. We scanned your car for fault codes and none were present. We then recommended that we replace your motor mounts which you declined. We would be happy to treat you right with your next car purchase and work through any issues.
