The salesman, Philip Gerber, went out of his way to aid in the purchase. He brought the vehicle to my home so that I could see it. He drove me to the DMV so that I could have my photo ID updated. Very nice people when you are buying a vehicle. They Really push you for a perfect review with kia at the end of the sales process, which should have been a red flag. I transferred my plate from my sportage to my EV6, and found out that my registration was up two months later. No notice from PA DMV, so I reached out to kia finance - no help whatsoever. Called the dealership to see if finance manager could get me the title number so I could renew online. Left several messages, and never heard back. Emailed sales manager to see if he could help - no response. Luckily there are numerous kia dealers in the area for my next purchase. More
John and I made an agreement for a 2023 Kia sportage that was to arrive on November 16th, I ask if I needed to sign something and he said no just to give him a credit card info. John also ask me if I was tra was to arrive on November 16th, I ask if I needed to sign something and he said no just to give him a credit card info. John also ask me if I was trading anything in and I said no. When the car came in he notified me and again ask if I was trading anything and I said no. John said he would call me and let me know when I can pick it up on Wednesday. When he called me he said that the sales manager said since I wasn’t trading anything in he was going to have to charge me $1,000 more and put paint and interior protector on for $999. I told John this wasn’t right and I didn’t want that protector put on and he said it was already on, and if I didn’t get it the manager said he was going to increase the price by $2,000. Now your dealership has me over a barrel because John new I was borrowing a car for the last 20 days and needed the car now. John felt bad and said he couldn’t do anything so it’s either take the car or go else where. I made a deal and held up my end but the manager told John that’s the way it is. John had told me about another car and there was no mark up on it with no trade in. I guess your dealer policy is SCREW the customers. I like my car but your Manager doesn’t care about the customers. I received an email from the manager how he was looking forward to meeting me but when I came to pick up the car he would not leave his office. This is not how a business should be run and this is why I would not recommend your Irwin dealership. Mark Ferguson More
Service department is awful, they take forever to even get to look at your vehicle then when you try to call for updates they either don't answer the phone or they hang up on you. Very unprofessional. Won get to look at your vehicle then when you try to call for updates they either don't answer the phone or they hang up on you. Very unprofessional. Won't provide a service vehicle or anything for inconvenience. More
This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had- There was a few minor problems with the car - their follow up to correct was exceptional- that’s what makes the difference to me. Truly exceptional. There was a few minor problems with the car - their follow up to correct was exceptional- that’s what makes the difference to me. Truly exceptional. The buying process was simple. I never give 5 star ratings but they truly deserved it. More

It’s just this particular dealership charging more and pretending it’s inflation. They’ll say it’s for paint and cleaning so you get something for it but it’s not. The other Kia dealerships are not doing this. I know someone else who went to the Tristar Kia in Blairsville and they were charged $6,000 less than Irwin for a Telluride. I am being charged $3,000 less there than Irwin is charging for a Seltos due to Irwin’s “market adjustment.” We spoke to 2 different people at Irwin and they both told myself and the other person I know about the REQUIRED market adjustment. Go to Tristar Kia in Blairsville. They are fair. More
Service manager named John was terrible. Horrible customer service, would not communicate much when my Mazda 5 grand touring was in the shop for over 2 and a half weeks! I had to keep calling for upd customer service, would not communicate much when my Mazda 5 grand touring was in the shop for over 2 and a half weeks! I had to keep calling for updates and got half answers. If I didn’t buy my van from there and have a warranty meaning I had to have them fix my van I wouldn’t even go there. Not to mention their scheduling is horrible To be seen. I highly suggest never going here ever! More
