On top of it all I just finally got the intial tracking number to work sent 8 days ago, and guess what? It says fedex just received the package at 10:12am, 6 minutes after them telling me they couldnt cancel shipping for me to come pick the parts up because it already shipped..... remember this is all FED EX fault LOL im beyond frustrated another weekend lost to get it fixed when I dont have time during the week

What can even be done to fix the situation? It costing mw more money by the dau when 40 for 2 fay shipping to have it sit around your dealership for 8 days before it shipped and then proceed to lie to me... I want beyond the parts department manager, since apparently they are part of the issue. I have seen other recent reviews on Google of people complaining about similar issues within the parts department.
