My Review of Jim Wynn Volkswagen:
After visiting approximately twelve dealerships in my car search Wynn was by far the most helpful and best priced. They don't offer much room for negotiation, but being as how they have base prices far below other certified used vehicles it is somewhat of a moot point. Also, of all of the sales people I met in my vehicle search Andy was absolutely the most helpful and obviously stood behind his product, which was a big selling point. Excellent communication, and they will work with you on whatever concerns you have. I recommend this dealership.

It was very easy to purchase from Simo at Jim Wynn. Got a great trade in price and the car and color I wanted. No pressure to buy. Dealership is very organized. It also seems like a nice place to bring my car for service. Simo and everyone was very knowledgable and courteous. He took time to go over all the buttons. Nice experience.

Test drive was excellent. Quality of the car convincing. Jetta was in a drive-away condition. The certification was a deal-maker. And the pricetag eventually was very close to my expectations. Overall: I would come back!

My Review of Jim Wynn Volkswagen:
Perhaps it was because my wife asked for help rather than me. Whatever the reason nobody even talked to us. Would never by a car there, EVER. If their sales department is like this, I can't imagine what the service department is like!! We came with our old Passat, wanted a figure for a trade and were ready to sign on the dotted line. However, if nobody ever helps you, comes out to apologize for a delay, and when the information desk replies, "It get's so busy on Saturday afternoons," I can only think they do not need our business. There are lots of other VW dealers in the area, as well as lots of other cars.

I'd stay away from this one with a ten foot pole. People who do not express an interest in my business don't get it.

The wife and I purchased a new Passat TDI SEL. We traded in a 2011 Volvo and were expecting a big hit on our trade. To the contrary! Not only did we get a fair price on the new car, but we got a very fair trade value as well! I've purchased many new cars, and Simo was one of the best to work with. My Review of Jim Wynn Volkswagen:
We just purchased a 2012 VW Passat from Jim Wynn VW and were completely satisfied with the transaction.

We solicited quotes from multiple dealers and all responded for same trim level and options. Of four dealers, three were within $300 of each other and one was considerably higher by $900. We had done service business with Wynn for our 2002 Passat and were happy with their professionalism and history for meeting commitments. That helped us choose them since they were not simply the lowest quote.

Their appraisal of our trade (an ancient '97 Honda) was fair and in line with the range found on Edmunds for similar cars. The sales process was painless with good attention and followup from both the Salesperson and the Business Manager. The delivery experience was very good with the Salesperson taking a great deal of time to walk us through the vehicle features.

We'd definitely recommend this dealer.
