Customer service stinks I went to service at 5 pm today .. I brought my 2015 Silverado LTZ in for a oil change .. I wait outside the door for over 7 mins .. The total srrvice was empty with cars someone sitting at every desk I pull to the front .. Stood there for over ten mins no one help me .. I ask can some one help me please .. One gentleman said I will find someone .. Another 5 mins no one came I ask for the manager I was told he was gone for the day .. Customer relations guy came out with a forget what happen let's move on ...I said do all customer get this treatment . Not wanting use the race card .. He had no explanation. More
10 year female customer displeased! 4.5 hours if labor $50 for part but over the phone quote $600 (more than printed price). Unprofessional and untrustworthy service I bought an used car from this dealer last year. The salesman did not even check one thing I asked for before purchasing the car. I did buy the car anyways because I needed it so bad. He said that my first oil change would be free. when I tried to get this service later, he didn't even cooperate with me. He set an appointment without checking the guy who is supposed to do the work. He didn't bother calling me that the guy had left. I had to drive there to learn that my oil change would not be happening. He didn't care, no apology, nothing. He didn't even look at my face. I have never seen such an unprofessional attitude before. I am not willing to do any bussiness with this salesman and dealership what so ever. More
Went in for brake service on a chevy that is certified by GM & Dealer. Put a little over 4,000 miles on this car and the brakes go bad. Turns out the Rotors have gone bad. We were told that %40 of the brake GM & Dealer. Put a little over 4,000 miles on this car and the brakes go bad. Turns out the Rotors have gone bad. We were told that %40 of the brake pad was left, would we like new bads. You would think that after a little over 4,000 miles there would be more than that left on the pads. When I took the car in for service Eric wanted $50 for the inspection. Now that it is under warranty no cost for inspection but $65.00 for barke pads, how convenient? My worst experience was talking with Eric. He had no concern about my concerns about my car. My wife bought this car not that long ago and I just bought a car from the same sales person. When I called the salesman, Randy he told me to call the Service Manager with my problem, which I did. Well as you can tell things didn't get any better. So when a salesman telles you your car is certified you better find out what that really means. To the Service Department, you have lost me as a customer. To the Sales Department you also have lost my business. Unhappy Customer John More
The knowledgeable and caring staff make car buying very enjoyable. Once my wife determined the option content and color Bruce found the car and had it delivered and pristinely cleaned and ready to roll in enjoyable. All my questions and most importantly my wife's questions were carefully listened to and answered completely. Bruce Litvin completed the sale and personally put the tags on the car. As the dealership was closing he stayed late just to help her activate the On-Star! Bruce Litvin at Joe Lunghamer delivers and I believe this care should be returned.
