Ronnie answered any questions that I had about the Fiesta to my satisfaction. Finance consultant, Brian Rush was very informative and helpful in finalizing my car purchase. He informed me of all purchase extras; such as the extended warranty plan. I had no doubt in my mind about the paper work and its content that I signed. Awful Customer Service While I finally got the vehicle I wanted, it took weeks as they kept changing the price on the vehicle after we spoke and agreed. Once I finally pick While I finally got the vehicle I wanted, it took weeks as they kept changing the price on the vehicle after we spoke and agreed. Once I finally picked up my car and arrived home, we noticed a GIANT scratch across the entire hood of the SUV. They had to buff it out two times before it was no longer visible. After the first time of buffing, it was still completely visible and they thought I would be satisfied and seemed disappointed when I said no it was not okay. Now 28 days after purchase, I still don't have the title or the 2nd key or the master key code for the door and multiple calls and texts with our salesman gets us nowhere. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
