Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership was positive all the way they refuse to let us buy the car we agreed upon because we wouldn't finance with them. In fact I would have financed with them positive all the way they refuse to let us buy the car we agreed upon because we wouldn't finance with them. In fact I would have financed with them but when the sales person brought his sales manager into the office thw manager lied to me and said they could not sell the car without Joe Meyers Toyota doing the loan because it was the last day of the month and they need to get all the paperwork. He implied it was a policy and they can't do it. I told him "dont lie to me, you just dont want to do it, but you can give me a purchase order to give to my bank if you wanted to!" he said no he can't. He then told me since I already have a pre-approval they will just punch it in the system and they wouldn't check our credit and could pull the information. I knew that wasn't true but I called the bank to verify and caught them in another lie. The bank says they go through a different department. Wr walked out after that. I would have considered financing with them if they could beat our rate but the moment they lied I realized I couldn't trust them and there was no telling what else they lied to me about. We ended up going to San Antonio and Purchasing a car with World Car Nissan and we also financed the car with them As of today the car has been on the lot for 35+ days and they dropped the price. I still can't believe they refused a customer to buy a car when the deal was done!! More
