I purchased a vehicle from John Eagle. My temporary tags were about to expire so I called the dealership spoke to the salesman that sold me the vehicle he said he would check on it and cal My temporary tags were about to expire so I called the dealership spoke to the salesman that sold me the vehicle he said he would check on it and call me right back, never called back. so I called the sales manager on the cell phone I was given when I bought the vehicle she said she would check on my tags and call me right back, she never called. I went to the dealership to check on my tags they called for a manager to come help me since they could not find my tags. No manager came,( I asked about the manager I had talk to the day before that was suppose to check on the tags and I was told she did not work there anymore and had not worked there for about a month)they sent the salesman that never bothered to call me back. He handed me some paperwork told me to fill it out and take it to the courthouse pay the fee then bring it back to them and then they could get me another temp. tag, I told him I was not going to go to the courthouse and pay more money I had already paid for my tags. He told me it would be a few weeks before they could get a runner and go to the courthouse to get the new paper tags. I have a vehicle that I paid cash for that I can not drive because no one knows where my license plates are. I bought the vehicle in May, my temporary plates were good for 2 months. Not sure what happened to the dealership, they use to be great but the last few times I have dealt with them it has been terrible. They need to learn how to treat their customers. More
When I was in college I purchased a Honda Accord from John Eagle, fast forward to today and I decided to buy another Honda. This time the Honda was for my Father, the Passport. Kathy Nguyen was a great h John Eagle, fast forward to today and I decided to buy another Honda. This time the Honda was for my Father, the Passport. Kathy Nguyen was a great help in the buying experience. I felt very comfortable with the sales process from start to finish. Kathy even called a few days after the sale to see if I had any questions about the electronics and features. I may be back very soon to buy the Mini van when the family gets larger, Thank you Kathy Nguyen. More
I was working with Kathy Nguyen about a Certified Used Honda Insight at John Eagle Honda. She was very helpful up until she sent me a pricing sheet. I had asked about total cost (including shipping). When Honda Insight at John Eagle Honda. She was very helpful up until she sent me a pricing sheet. I had asked about total cost (including shipping). When I looked closer I saw a line item that said $1997 for Certified. When I called to ask about that, she told me that was the cost to keep the certification for the car. I was shocked because the listing explained the Honda Certified warranty in detail but said nothing about additional cost. The car was listed as being certified. Why would I have to pay for something the listing said the car already had? I asked to speak to the sales manager. Memo got on the phone. I asked if he was the sales manager and what his name was. He just said Memo. When I asked him his last name, he would not provide it and just said Memo again. (I later found out his name is Guillermo Torres). I told him what I told Kathy and he tried to tell me that all the dealers are doing that. I said that sounds like false advertising and asked him if it was standard policy to list a car as certified, then charge for that certification on top of the listing price. I did not yell or curse or anything like that. I simply asked if that was his store's policy, because I couldn't believe it was true. And then Memo hung up. No response. Just hung up on me instead of answering the question. Afterward, I tried reaching out to the general manager, Zhuqiong Alice Cao, general manager of John Eagle Acura. I told her (via email) the story and asked her to please contact me. I sent her my phone number and email, but have not received any kind of response. So I wanted to make sure other people know how John Eagle Honda treats people (and maybe John Eagle Acura as well). Buyer beware. I would read any kind of pricing sheet they give you very carefully. I will say that when I called their service department, they were very helpful. So maybe it's just sales that are like this. More
I've been needing a new car and saw those tariffs about to come down from our crazy president so I headed to John Eagle last Tuesday. So did a bunch of other people. If you want to buy a car right now, be to come down from our crazy president so I headed to John Eagle last Tuesday. So did a bunch of other people. If you want to buy a car right now, be prepared to be patient. I arrived at the dealership at 4:30 in the afternoon and left at 10:15 p.m. Part of the delay was because I first tried to buy a low-mileage used car and had some question. After two reps couldn't answer my questions, I finally met Brandon Parker, who is quite knowledgeable about lots of cars. Unfortunately when he went to get the key for the car I was interested in, it had sold a few hours earlier. So I had to restart my discussion. Brandon was helpful and stayed with me even through the closing, and he walked me out to my car. I returned Friday (and noticed many more people on and around the sales floor as well as lots of lookers). Brandon handed me my key, had my now-printed paperwork delivered and walked me out. When I noticed the car had gathered a bit of green-pollen sheen, he ran it through the car wash for me. Then he got my phone synced up to the car's bluetooth and programmed a couple of stations into my radio. Overall I was happy that I got to work with Brandon, I felt like they gave me a fair deal (seemed to be in the ballpark of the Consumer Reports number) and everyone was pleasant. Just wish it hadn't taken so long. More
I'm a no guff woman. No back and forth with me. I've done my research, know what I will pay and what I won't. Don't try to pull fast one on me. Exactly what happened. No back and forth with me. I've done my research, know what I will pay and what I won't. Don't try to pull fast one on me. Exactly what happened. They respected my knowledge, did try to pull a fast one with my trade in but I knew my value. Got my value. Had a great experience. Only complaint I had is spending 7 hours is too long. Shouldn't have taken that long. But between Luis M. & Frank, wonderful experience. Will go there again if there is a next time. :-) More

My initial car buying experience wasn’t the greatest, but after speaking with Tim the GM he made sure all of my concerns were addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. It was an absolute pleasure working wi after speaking with Tim the GM he made sure all of my concerns were addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tim and his salesman Magic who were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and patient. It is my plan to do business with John Eagle in the future and I suggest you do the same if you’re in the market for a new car with a dealership, who prides themselves on excellence. More
